Welcome Braai

Cocktail Casual

Polished but relaxed. Our welcome braai will be an elevated take on a South African barbecue.

For Men

Long or short sleeved button downs and light-weight knit tops work well. Long pants please. No jeans and no sneakers. Jacket/tie not required.

For Women

Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, and separates all work.

Summer Festive

December in the Cape can be very hot, so lightweight fabrics like linen, cotton, or silk blends are encouraged. We’ll be dancing ’til morning to bring in the New Year together — so wear something that makes you feel festive and comfortable.

Color Palette

Yes to color! Our celebration sits on 8 acres of gardens, and we’re taking inspiration from the setting. Lean towards earth tones and pastel/petal tones.

For Women

Be advised that the garden’s gravel paths might be tricky for narrow heels — you’ll be happier in something more stable!

For Men

Two piece suits. Ties optional.
